Homemade Labneh -750g

Labneh is a thick, creamy yogurt cheese popular throughout the Middle East. It’s made by straining yogurt to remove much of its whey, giving it a rich texture somewhere between Greek yogurt and cream cheese.

Because it is heavily strained, labneh loses much of its lactose and liquid, making it more concentrated in nutrients than traditional yogurt. It is typically an excellent source of protein, calcium, and gut-friendly probiotics.

Yogurt, milk, Celtic sea salt & extra virgin olive oil.
