Lotus Organic Creamy Style Rolled Oats have been designed to produce a traditional porridge that's deliciously creamy and sustaining.

Oats are a good source of nutrients and minerals including Vitamin E, zinc, selenium, copper, iron, manganese and magnesium. Oats are also a great source of protein, beta gluten and both soluble and insoluble dietary fibre. Lotus oats contain no preservatives or additives.

Beta Glucan helps prevent high serum cholesterol and cardiovascular disease. A daily serving of whole oats rich in soluble fibre can reduce hypertension (high blood pressure). Oats have a high fibre content, and we all know how important it is to get enough natural fibre in our diet!
