Ambrosia Raw Organic Honey

Ambrosia Australian honey is 100% pure, unheated and unstrained honey- straight from the hive to you! This certified organic honey is produced in unpolluted rural areas, away from orchards, flowering agricultural crops and other potential contaminants. No chemicals or drugs are used on the bees or to assist in production.

To keep the honey as natural as possible, no heat has been applied at any stage of production. Honey varies in consistency, taste and colour depending on what flowers the bees foraged from. This honey crystallises readily.

So keen were we to produce a lovely wholesome honey that Ambrosia was the first Australian company to seek and gain organic certification for the production of its honey some 25 or so years ago.

When it’s produced in accordance with organic principles we can be satisfied that it is as pristine as it can be. We love how it is always a little bit different from one batch to the next, and its varying shades and tastes and textures.

If you prefer your honey runnier, go for our Organic Honey which has been heated up to 45 degrees to maintain its clarity.
